For Doulas
Who we are
The National Collaboration for Doula Access (NCDA) is a membership-based charitable organization dedicated to representing and empowering doulas across Canada who are Black, Indigenous, and People of the Global Majority (BIPGM). We elevate the work of community-based doulas ensuring that their voices and practices shape the future of reproductive care. NCDA believes that when BIPGM doulas are supported and resourced, communities thrive, and individuals and families experience care that is culturally grounded, affirming, and anti-oppressive.
